Damages and Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Installed Materials: Items that have been installed, painted, stained, glued, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or refund.
Sample Shipments

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable: Samples are provided for visual reference only and cannot be returned or refunded.

Swatch Sizes: Standard swatch sizes are 4"x4" to 6"x6".

Full Piece Samples: For tiles sized 8x8, 3x6, 4x12, 2x8, 3x9, etc., a full piece will be sent.

Larger Tile Samples: Tiles larger than the sizes mentioned above, such as 6x12, 12x12, 12x24, 18x18, 24x48, will receive a sample swatch in sizes like 4"x4", 3"x6", 6"x6", 8x8, or 6x12.

Mosaic Tile Samples: Mosaic tiles samples will be provided in 6x6 or larger

Installation: Once a product has been installed, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

Responsibility: Heytiles is not responsible for any defects, damages, property damage, or lost labor costs due to faulty installation.

Claims: Claims for product damage or shortages must be made immediately upon receipt.

Acceptance: Use of the product constitutes acceptance. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and is non-returnable.
