Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours.

Defective Items:

  • If you receive a defective item, report it to info@hexagontiles.com with product details and the defect within 3 days of delivery.

Replacement Orders:

  • Orders for replacements received by 3 PM EST are usually shipped the same day.
  • Orders received after 3 PM EST may not be shipped until the following day.
  • Shipping costs can be calculated by entering your postal code in the shopping cart.

Delivery Times:

  • Domestic: Estimated delivery time is 2-10 business days.
  • International: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks.
  • Note: Customs fees may apply.

Sale/Holiday Items:

  • Delivery for sale or holiday items may take 1-3 weeks.
